Pure Wax & Lash – Cancellation, No-Show & Late Policy
Your appointments are very important to Pure Wax & Lash and are reserved especially for you. We understand that schedule adjustments are sometimes necessary; therefore, we respectfully request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Please understand that when an appointment is canceled late or missed, we lose the opportunity to fill that time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Since services are reserved specifically for you, the following policies apply:
Cancellations & Reschedules
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the services booked.
Same-day cancellations are subject to a 100% charge, except in the case of an emergency.
Late Arrival Policy
Clients arriving more than 7 minutes late may not be able to receive their scheduled service and may be required to reschedule.
If rescheduling occurs due to late arrival, the full service charge may still apply.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened service in order to respect scheduled appointment times for other clients.
No Call / No Show Policy
A no call / no show is defined as failing to arrive for a scheduled appointment without notifying us.
All no call / no show appointments will be charged 100% of the services booked, regardless of whether it is a first occurrence.
This policy applies to all services.
Repeated no call / no show appointments may require prepayment for future bookings or result in the inability to schedule further appointments.
Client Conduct & Right to Refuse Service
Pure Wax & Lash strives to maintain a respectful, safe, and professional environment for our staff and clients. We reserve the right to refuse service or end a client relationship at any time, at management’s discretion, for reasons including but not limited to:
Repeated late cancellations, late arrivals, or no call / no show appointments
Disruptive, disrespectful, or abusive behavior toward staff or other clients
Failure to follow spa policies
Any behavior that compromises the safety, comfort, or well-being of our team or guests
Confirmation Texts & Emails
As a courtesy, we send appointment confirmation texts and/or emails at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If we are unable to reach you or do not receive a response, it remains your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time and to arrive on time. Failure to do so may result in missed appointments, late arrivals, and applicable fees.
Refund Policy
No refunds or exchanges after 30 days of service or purchase.
